» John Rinard, P.E.

Mr. Rinard's broad knowledge of project delivery methods, market conditions, and competing interests allows him to review and report on current projects, their success capabilities and their performance against goals. His hands-on management has been seen on: Owner, Designer, Consultant and Builder to round out the basis of knowledge. His practical approach to solving difficult issues has saved and/or deferred multiple millions in lost revenue or cots to clients. He is very familiar at planning and packaging work into best value portions to enable owners to achieve cost effective prices and schedules from any point of view and particularly the owner's representative. This experience coupled with world-wide experience and multiple projects success keeps him current with the principal issues, the changing face of design and construction through operations, as well as the views of others in this arena of experience.
